Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a high-volume call centre in Richmond, VIC, with hybrid options after onboarding.
n
The Temporary Full-Time role includes a 6-week in office training, a rotating roster from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and a start date in October. You'll handle up to 80 calls per day and use CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to deliver quality service.
