We specialise in high-quality precast elements for commercial, industrial and civil projects across New South Wales. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our production team on a casual basis.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Crane Operator to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves operating cranes safely and efficiently within a busy
precast/manufacturing
environment while working closely with production and yard teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys early starts and is looking for consistent work.

Casual position
n
Competitive hourly rate of $40 - $45 per hour
n
Monday to Saturday work schedule
n
Early morning start time of 3:30 AM
n
Typical shifts of ***** hours per day
n
Supportive team environment
n
Ongoing work for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate overhead, gantry, or mobile cranes safely and efficiently
n
Lift, move, and position precast concrete products and materials




n
Conduct pre-start equipment inspections
n
Follow site safety procedures and lifting plans
n
Work closely with production personnel and supervisors
n
Maintain a clean and safe work area
n
Complete required operational documentation
n
Undertake other reasonable duties as directed from time to time
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current High Risk Work License (Crane)
n
Previous crane operating experience
n
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable transport and punctuality
n
Ability to work early starts and extended shifts when required
n
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
Commitment to workplace safety
n
n
Previous precast concrete experience will be highly regarded.
n
