Haberfield Hotel is a boutique 67-room hotel that opened in September **** and is the latest addition to our portfolio of quality accommodation across Australia. Backed by a well-established group of hospitality professionals, we're now extending our offering to include a cooked breakfast service for our valued guests.

About the Role:
n
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Breakfast Cook to operate our breakfast service on the weekends from 6:30am to 11:30am. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for some extra hours or weekend work.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Open and close the café and breakfast kitchen
n
Prepare, cook and present breakfast.
n
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and café area
n
Take guest orders, process payments via POS, and serve food and beverages
n
Maintain food safety standards and adhere to hygiene protocols
n
Set up, replenish, and pack down continental buffet breakfast area
n




Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and shopping lists
n

Requirements:
n
n
Experience: Proven experience as a cook or breakfast attendant essential
n
Certifications: Ideally hold Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Handling Certificate, and RSA (or be willing to obtain)
n
Availability: Must be available for early starts (from 6:30am), including weekends and school holidays
n
Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable and self-motivated
n
Attitude: A genuine passion for hospitality, great attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
n
Compliance: Understanding of food authority regulations and safe food handling
n
n
