Workhorse Staffing is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Tradesman who enjoys hands-on fabrication, problem solving, and producing high-quality architectural metalwork - not repetitive production line work.
n

Day shift | 7:00am - 3:30pm

The Work n
You'll be involved in full start-to-finish fabrication of architectural sheet metal components, including:
n
n
Flashings, box gutters, rainwater heads, cladding details and custom one-off pieces
n
Reading drawings and accurately marking out jobs from scratch
n
Hand folding and precision bench fabrication
n
Operating workshop machinery including rollformers,



guillotines, press brake, folders and notchers
n
Welding and fabrication work as required
n
Delivering accurate, high-quality work to tight tolerances
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Confident reading drawings and working independently
n
Skilled across sheet metal machinery and hand fabrication
n
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Someone who enjoys varied, custom fabrication rather than repetitive production work
n
