Inventory Controller – Padstow (Future move to Badgerys Creek NDC in ****)

Join a high‐performing Supply & Distribution team and help drive national product availability.
n
O'Brien® is looking for a proactive Inventory Controller to support our supplier network, improve stock availability and strengthen our internal supply chain.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Create and process purchase orders (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
n
Manage national & international suppliers
n
Validate invoices and maintain accurate PO records
n
Coordinate container deliveries, packing lists and shipping documents
n
Review forecasts and maintain forecast accuracy
n
Monitor PTD sales, adjust forecasts and manage danger stock
n
Issue monthly supplier performance reports
n
Support branches with product availability enquiries
n
Contribute to continuous improvement and waste reduction
n

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and customer‐focused mindset

Ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently

Intermediate MS Word & Excel skills

Automotive knowledge (desirable)
