Job Description
Hornsby Shire Council is seeking a pro-active Building Certifier with robust knowledge of building certification, fire safety, land‐use planning and pool safety under NSW legislation.
n
You will utilise extensive knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act **** and related NSW acts to process Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and related regulatory duties in a Council environment. A leaseback vehicle is available.
