Business Analysis &Delivery; Skills (Core)
n
n
Strong BA project experience of delivering regulatory orpolicy-driven change
n
Strong experience onFrauddesigning processes
n
Business requirements
n
Functional requirements
n
Non-functional and control requirements
n
Ability to trace regulatory obligations through to operational andsystem impacts;
n




Robust ability to interpret legislation, rules, and industry codesand identify implications
n
Confident in challenging gaps, inconsistencies, or illogicalsolutions
n
Able to connect dots across customer experience, risk, operations,and technology
n
High attention to detail without losing sight of broader strategicintent
n

Domain Knowledge Required
n
n
Fraud and scam compliance domain knowledge (strongly preferred)
n
Experience working with:
n
Consumer protection obligations
n
Risk and compliance frameworks
n
Exposure to SPF obligations, industry rules, or codes (highlydesirable)
n
Background in financial services or banking environments
n
