Viking Food Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our NSW team.
n
This is a hands‐on field service role working with a range of food processing and packaging machinery across our customer base. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, reliable and comfortable working independently on customer sites.
The Role n
n
Servicing, maintaining and repairing food processing and packaging equipment
n
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults
n
Carrying out preventative maintenance
n
Installing and commissioning new equipment
n
Attending customer sites throughout NSW for breakdowns and service work
n
Providing practical technical support to customers
n
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
n
Working closely with our sales and service teams
n
About You n




n
Electrical and mechanical experience
n
Experience servicing, repairing or maintaining industrial machinery
n
Good fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills
n
Ability to work independently in the field
n
Robust communication and customer service skills
n
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
n
Experience with food processing, packaging or manufacturing equipment would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right person.
