About the role
n
Seeking passionate, customer-focused Senior Sales Associates to join the Henry Bucks team in our Sydney CBD location. In this full time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our premium menswear stores. With a focus on product knowledge and tailored styling, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing
n

Providing personalized and attentive customer service to deliver an exceptional shopping experience
n
Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our product range to assist customers in making informed purchases
n
Utilizing your styling expertise to offer tailored recommendations and outfit suggestions
n
Actively contributing to the achievement of daily and weekly sales targets
n
Maintaining immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
Assisting with stock management and replenishment duties as required
n

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods sector
n
Strong product knowledge and an eye for style and design
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
n
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding sales targets
n
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
n
A professional, well-presented appearance and the ability to be a brand ambassador for Henry Bucks
n
