THE ROLE n
n
Supporting remuneration and total rewards programs
n
Preparing analysis, modelling, and reporting to support decision making
n
Working with large datasets to generate insights and recommendations
n
Assisting with salary reviews, benchmarking, and reward frameworks
n
Supporting job evaluation and maintaining data integrity
n
Collaborating with P&C;, Remuneration, and Payroll stakeholders
n
Providing general support to the wider team and assisting with ad hoc request
n
THE PERSON n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Total Rewards or remuneration role
n
Strong Excel skills with experience in modelling and data analysis
n
Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
n
Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business
n
Strong team player with a collaborative approach
n
Able to pass a National Police Check
n
Full Australian working rights required
n
