Iconic Australian Retail Group is seeking a Head of CRM & Loyalty to own CRM and loyalty across a multi-brand portfolio based in Melbourne. You will lead a specialist team of three, shape strategy, evolve programmes to drive engagement, retention and value, and partner with eCommerce, Technology and Analytics on major initiatives.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover with potential for extension within the group, and offers genuine ownership of the CRM strategy as international
