Key responsibilities
n

Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
n
Maintaining a clean, secure and OHS-compliant warehouse environment
n
Allocating and managing staff labour
n
Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods using FIFO principles
n
Coordinating dispatch and freight bookings
n
Driving operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices
n
Optimize warehouse space and storage
n
Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
n
Foster positive team culture
n
Managing warehouse consumables ordering
n
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
n
Conducting staff toolbox meetings
n
Address performance issues, provide coaching and support training needs
n
Conducting staff inductions and training
n
Liaising closely with customer service and prioritising customer requirements
n
About you
n
n
Hands-on experience in warehouse or stores operations
n
A collaborative approach and a can-do attitude
n
Strong leadership qualities, with the confidence to guide a small team
n
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
n
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
n




The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
n
A professional and flexible approach to the requirements of the role
n
Computer literacy, particularly with ERP/WMS systems
n
Current driver's licence
n
