We're looking for a
Compliance Officer
to join a high-performing property management team, working across a large portfolio of properties throughout Melbourne.
This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys
property, compliance and administration
and wants to grow their career within a well-established agency.
The Role
Manage and monitor
property compliance requirements
Ensure properties meet
Victorian rental legislation and compliance standards
Coordinate
smoke alarm, gas, electrical and other safety compliance
Manage compliance schedules, inspections and documentation
Liaise with
landlords, tenants and contractors




Follow up outstanding compliance matters and ensure issues are resolved
Coordinate required maintenance and remedial works
Maintain accurate compliance records and systems
Support the wider Property Management team with compliance and administration
Manage a portfolio of properties
across Melbourne
