We're looking for in-field bike mechanics to keep our electric bike fleet running smoothly! This is a fantastic opportunity for mechanically minded individuals to expand their skills and gain hands-on experience in a versatile, career-building role. Full training is provided, so no prior e-bike experience is needed.

Please note: This is a field-based role that requires daily bike riding and working outdoors.

Role: In-Field Bike Mechanic
n
Locations: Warehouse based in Alexandria (start your day here), with work throughout Sydney's CBD
n
Start Date: ASAP
n
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
n
Shifts: Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend shifts
n
Pay Rate: $*****p/h + super
n
What You'll Do n
n




Perform basic maintenance on Lime e-bikes in the field using the Supply App (e.g., small parts replacement, brake adjustments)
n
Receive training at the warehouse and use provided hand tools for repairs
n
Report bikes that cannot be fixed in the field for retrieval and return to the warehouse
n
Safely operate bikes in all weather conditions (rain or shine, unless unsafe)
n
Ensure operational compliance and safety standards for all e-bikes
n
Identify issues and find practical solutions to maximise operational bikes
n
About You n
n
18+ years of age
n
Experience using hand tools
n
Mechanical experience in automotive, transportation, or bike industries is preferred
n
Comfortable riding a bike as part of work
n
Able to lift up to 30kg comfortably
n
Confident using a mobile device, including in-app workflows (iOS experience preferred)
n
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
n
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
n
