ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Family Caring 4 Family Manager to lead kinship-based case management for children and families in the OOHC system. The role focuses on data-informed practice, staff coaching, and culturally secure service delivery to promote family reunification when protected.

You will guide intake, referrals, and kinship assessments, while collaborating with Child Safety, Schools, Hospitals, and partner agencies to improve client outcomes.
