Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across our bar, gaming, and dining areas while helping create a welcoming experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service to all patrons
n
Preparing and serving beverages in a busy bar setting
n
Operating gaming facilities and assisting gaming patrons
n
Taking food and beverage orders
n
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all service areas
n
Following responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations
n
Working collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure smooth operations
n

About you
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a bar environment
n
Gaming experience is highly regarded
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Energetic, positive, and reliable attitude
n




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
n
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
Current RSA certificate (required)
n
Current RSG/RCG certificate (preferred)
