We are hiring for multiple Recruitment Consultant positions at the moment. All positions are full time and there is annual remuneration of between $80,000 to $110,000 (negotiable) on offer.

Duties and Skills required

Drive Success: Manage an established desk with a robust portfolio of clients, candidates, and roles, contributing directly to our business growth.

Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with both clients and candidates, ensuring the perfect match every time.

End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding the best talent.
n
Innovate Marketing: Create targeted advertising materials to attract top-tier candidates and expand our client base.
n
Deliver Excellence: Provide strategic recruitment and labor-hire solutions, negotiating outcomes that satisfy both clients and candidates.

Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency setting, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

To be considered for these roles, you will have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience
n
Minimum of 1 year recruitment agency experience
