Job Description
The Cairns Intensive Care Unit is recruiting a nurse leader to drive the development of a recent ICU service, combining project management with clinical expertise to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will lead governance, clinical practice, and change management within the unit.

You will establish strategic links with QAERS and collaborate across Queensland Health to ensure the service is safely established before clinical commencement and ongoing performance improvements.
