About the Role
n
Clean and Service Domestic and Commercial Swimming Pools
n
Install pool and spa equipment
n
Analyse and remedy equipment issues during scheduled and call-out services
n
Ensure best practices are followed by the technician team in respect of manual handling and WH&S; procedures in the field
n
Respond to emergency call outs from key commercial and residential clients
n
Communicate with the Shop about any client complaints and all sales opportunities
n
Ensure effective water testing / balancing and adding of chemicals is performed
n
Deliver effective and clear communication with clients and technician team members
n
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of chemicals and parts in service vehicles to ensure completion of service and / or repair during client visits
n
Manual handling / lifting of heavy items up to 25kgs

Enjoy working outdoors in a physical role
n
Experience is advantageous but not essential.
n
Comfortable working in sometimes tight and noisy spaces.
n
Self-motivated and positive – you possess and display a can-do attitude every time.
n
Well presented and act in a professional manner at all times.
n
Results driven and team orientated with strong problem-solving skills.
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability and desire to service client to a very high standard – the client comes first
n
Able to work unsupervised.
n
Punctual, reliable, courteous and trustworthy – the non‐negotiable come naturally you're the same person at home, as you are at work
n
Current CPR certificate is highly regarded
n
Possess a current open manual driver's licence is a must
n
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
