About the Role
n
We are looking for a reliable, hands‐on Warehouse and Service Support Officer to join our Warehouse and Service team. This is a hands‐on, entry‐level role covering warehouse, service, and order support duties — a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, diverse work and wants to build a career in warehouse operations and machine servicing. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to progress to a more advanced level as skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with basic machine servicing (deep cleans, appearance cleans, mandatory appearance cleans)
n
n
Order Processing & Admin
n
n
Basic data entry for orders
n
Processing sales and service orders
n
Organising machine and accessory orders
n
Invoicing and payment processing for completed service machines
n
n
Records & Reporting
n
n
Logging service machines, including storage fee notifications to customers
n
n
Stock, Parts & Organising
n
n
Replenishing and restocking accessories and machines
n
Assisting with stock counts
n




Handling incoming and outbound goods
n
Assisting with parts ordering and stock requirement reporting
n
n
Packing & Shipping
n
n
Picking, packing, and shipping accessory and machine orders
n
n
Returns & Customer Service
n
n
Handling customer accessory returns
n
Checking and updating customers on order status
n
Answering customer calls and email enquiries
n
n
General
n
n
Ad‐hoc warehouse support
n
Assisting the warehouse supervisor as needed
n
n
What We Are Looking For
n
n
No prior experience necessary — full training provided
n
A reliable, hands‐on attitude with willingness to learn new tasks
n
Comfortable with physical, hands‐on warehouse duties
n
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Well organised, with good attention to detail
n
Comfortable using computer systems and basic data entry (experience with systems such as SAP is a plus but not essential)
n
Reliable and punctual, with a strong team‐player attitude
n
