Tasks and responsibilities:
n
n
Support advisers with insurance advice, implementation and client servicing
n
Manage insurance applications, renewals, alterations and policy maintenance
n
Coordinate end-to-end claims with clients, insurers and medical professionals
n
Complete insurance research, comparisons and advice preparation support
n
Maintain accurate client records, workflows and compliance documentation
n
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
n
n
About you:
n
n
3+ years' experience in life insurance, claims or financial planning support
n
Strong knowledge of Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection products
n
Experienced in managing claims and insurer relationships
n
Confident supporting advice preparation and implementation
n
Skilled in Xplan or similar financial planning software
n
Highly organised, detail-focused and committed to exceptional client service
