Park Street General Practice has an exciting prospect for our friendly Practice located in Geelong. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse (RN Div 1, Div 2) with a positive attitude and commitment to high quality care.

Key responsibilities
n
Support doctors with day-to-day clinical needs of the practice
n
Provide direct care to patients
n
Assist doctors with Chronic Disease Management Plans, Health Assessments
n
Administering Immunisations
n
Assisting with procedures
n
Stock monitoring and ordering
n
Managing Patient Recalls, MyMedicare registrations, eHealth and patient record maintenance
n
and other general nursing duties
n
About you
n
We are looking for someone who is clinically capable, organised, approachable and comfortable working in a busy medical practice.
n
You will have:
n
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
n
A minimum of 1 year experience in General Practice setting
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
