nKey Responsibilities n
n

As our Internal Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for customers—responding to enquiries, processing orders accurately and supporting the wider sales team to deliver a smooth, reliable customer experience.

Build trusted customer relationships through clear, responsive communication.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
n

Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
n

Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
n

Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

nWhat We're Looking For n

Previous experience in the
electrical wholesale industry
, or a background in
electrical trades or stores
with a strong desire to transition into wholesale sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude

Ability to work well within a team
