We're seeking experienced and qualified Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home support across the
Bass Coast and South Gippsland Shire Region.
n
Qualified Female and Male Support Workers (Short Shifts)
n
Qualified Young Female Support Worker (Monday to Wednesday 8 AM - 10 AM)
n
Qualified Female Support Worker
n
8 hour shifts available (Thursdays - Sundays 8 AM to 4 PM, Alternate Saturdays 8 PM to 8 AM, Alternate Sundays 4 PM to 8 PM)
Who You Are n
Certified:
You hold aminimum of Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care / HACC or a Nursing qualification.
n
Flexible:
You are able to work day and/or night shifts.
n
Passion-Driven:
You are genuinely
passionate about providing essential support
to vulnerable members of our community.
n
Proactive:
You thrive on challenges, are
eager to meet new people
, and enjoy a diverse workday.
n
Experienced:
You have
hands-on experience
working with assistive equipment.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker n
Depending on your experience and the client's needs, you might:
n
Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
n
Support clients with mobility, medication, or transport.
n
Help around the home with cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
n
Provide companionship and emotional support.
n
Encourage community participation and independence.
