Far West Mills And Solar – Broken Hill NSW

This is a hands‐on role with on‐the‐job training provided. You'll work on pump installations, servicing, repairs, solar pumping systems, stock watering systems and general water infrastructure. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into a senior technician and Operations Manager, taking on responsibility for coordinating jobs, staff, equipment and day‐to‐day operations.

Mechanically minded and practical

Reliable and willing to learn

Comfortable working outdoors and remotely

Able to travel long distances and occasionally stay away

Good problem‐solving skills

Current driver's licence
n
Experience with pumps, machinery, irrigation, plumbing or electrical work is an advantage but not essential
