An exciting opportunity exists for a career minded hospitality skilled to join the Marion Holiday Park as a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a casual position where the successful candidate will work shifts across a 7 day roster. Office hours 7 days 8am – 6.30pm.

Key responsibilities
n
Ensure professionalism and accuracy with reservations
n
Maintaining park security and safety.
n
Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required.
n
Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise both occupancy and rates.
n
About you
n
Passion for Guest Service and a desire to work in a Guest focused environment.
n
Previous experience working in a Front Desk Hospitality Reception (Accommodation) role is preferred.
n
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
n
The ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
n




Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
Experience in using Newbook or other Hotel Reservation System preferred.
n
Eligible to live and work in Australia.
n
Current Senior First Aid or willingness to obtain
n
Current RSA or willingness to obtain
n
Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
n
Must be available during school holidays.
