Job Description
Bayside Health is seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the Early Intervention in Chronic Disease (EIiCD) Team in Frankston on a fixed-term, part time basis (32 hours per fortnight).
n
You will provide evidence-based, client-centred physiotherapy across musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological and diabetes conditions, including telehealth and group programs, within a multidisciplinary team.
