Job Description

Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
n
Manage new starters, terminations and employee changes
n
Process leave, allowances, deductions and other payroll adjustments
n
Respond to payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
n
Complete reconciliations and assist with payroll reporting
n
Ensure payroll is processed in line with relevant legislation and awards
n
Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
n




Work closely with the wider payroll team to meet key deadlines
n
n
The Successful Applicant
n
n
Previous end-to-end payroll experience in Australia, ideally in a large and complex workforce
n
Good knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Good written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
n
