As our Store Manager, you'll lead a talented, creative team in a role that combines customer service, sales, and design. If you love home styling, art, photography, or design — and have a track record of driving results in retail — this is your chance to bring it all together.

Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve their best

Deliver warm, expert service that keeps customers coming back

Create and present custom framing solutions tailored to each client

Drive sales and achieve store targets whilst delivering eye-catching visual merchandising that inspires

What You'll Bring

Retail management experience (homewares, design, fashion, photography, floristry, lighting, soft furnishings, or similar fields welcome)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

A creative eye and passion for design

Organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Positive, approachable personality that customers and staff love
