Enabling Pathways Community is seeking experienced Youth Workers in Mackay to support young people facing trauma, abuse or neglect. You will deliver therapeutic interventions and cultural enrichment programs within a nurturing workplace.

We provide training opportunities, including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Foundation training, plus a supportive management and on-call after-hours team for all youth workers.
