About the Role
Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs
Create engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Maintain quality documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service




What We're Looking For
Hold or be actively working towards an approved Early Childhood qualification
Have previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and best practice
Be a collaborative team member with excellent communication skills
Be committed to child safety, wellbeing and continuous professional growth
