About the role

The Pharmacy Assistantforms part of a team responsible for delivering patient centric care and assisting our customers with their healthcare needs by providing excellent customer service, expert advice and exceptional product knowledge.
n
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work Part Time in our pharmacy placed in a lovely community shopping strip, Thursday and Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-2.
n
Your main responsibilities will include:
n
Team player integrating in a culture of productivity, self motivation and results driven
n
Accountability for the performance of the store sales and responsiblefor meetingBudgets set
n
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure regular training
n
Linking sales with a total solution focus along with in store activities such as promotions andnew products
n
Be committed to supporting & growing the Star Pharmacy Loyalty Program
n
Manage stock and execute promotions and monthly catalogues,



in line with brand standards
n
Establishing customer loyalty by ensuring all customers receive patient centric care by providing "better health solutions"
n
Maintaining a clean, tidy and skilled appearance throughout the store
n
Knowledge, Skills and Key Requirements
n
Previous pharmacy experience is preferred
n
S2 & S3 trained applicants or holders of certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded
n
Experience with the LOTS POS system will be highly advantageous
n
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceedingcustomer expectations
n
A vibrant, enthusiastic, dedicated work ethic
n
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
n
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
n
Eye for detail and accuracy
