SENIOR SITE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a landmark high-rise residential development in Wollongong.
n
This is a rare opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale Class 2 project comprising of 300+ residential apartments across two towers, together with associated commercial and retail spaces.
n
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all in office construction activities, driving programme outcomes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a protected and productive work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
THE ROLE n
n
Managing all site-based construction activities from structure through to completion
n
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
n
Driving construction programme milestones and ensuring project deadlines are achieved
n
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance
n
Conducting site inspections and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with plans and specifications
n
Managing site logistics, sequencing and resource allocation
n




Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives
n
Leading site meetings and maintaining accurate project records
n
Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively
n
ABOUT YOU n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale Class 2 residential projects
n
Solid understanding of NSW construction legislation, NCC requirements and Class 2 compliance obligations
n
Experience managing high-rise residential developments through multiple stages of construction
n
Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
Relevant construction qualifications and industry certifications
n
