Responsibilities
n
n
Operate a variety of production machinery, including pressing, proof loading, and other manufacturing equipment
n
Assemble components and finished products to specification
n
Conduct product testing and quality checks
n
Use hand tools and power tools effectively while following safety standards
n
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
n
Support and collaborate with colleagues in a team environment
n
n
Our Ideal Candidate will have
n
n
Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Assembler, or similar manufacturing role
n
Experience operating press machines, workshop gantry cranes,load cells, or other industrial machinery
n
Confidence using hand tools and power tools
n
Attention to detail and commitment to good work quality
n
Positive problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
n
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Previous rigging , industrial or manufacturing experience
n




Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support junior team members
n
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
n
n
