This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, taking initiative, supporting a team and delivering a outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
Leading and supporting team members during shifts
Assisting with training and development of team members
Stock ordering, replenishment and inventory management
Merchandising according to store guidelines and promotional plans
Maintaining high retail and presentation standards across the store
Supporting rostering and day-to-day staffing requirements
Ensuring fuel operations are safe and compliant with site procedures
Supporting WHS requirements and safe work practices
Delivering excellent customer service through helpful and friendly interactions
Using initiative to identify and address tasks requiring attention




Assisting with general store upkeep and cleanliness
About you
Prior retail experience and strong customer service skills
Previous supervisory, management or leadership experience is highly valued
Fuel and convenience retail experience will be highly regarded
Strong communication and team leadership skills
A proactive, hands‐on approach
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Relevant working rights
Reliable transport
Availability to work a range of shifts including daytime, evening, overnight and weekends
Enthusiasm and willingness to develop your retail leadership skills
