The Opportunity n
As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a Client Services Officer to provide high-quality support to Financial Advisers throughout the advice process. You'll play an important role in coordinating client administration, preparing advice documentation, managing client enquiries and ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Support advisers across the end-to-end advice process, from client onboarding through to implementation.
n
Prepare and maintain accurate,



client-friendly advice documents and supporting documents.
n
Assist with developing and implementing financial strategies tailored to client needs.
n
Manage client enquiries and maintain accurate client information in Xplan.
n
Operate multi-line phone systems and facilitate effective office communication.
n
Ensure advice and processes meet compliance, regulatory and internal requirements.
n
Research market trends and provide relevant insights to advisers.
n
Contribute to compliance, training, marketing and other team projects as required.
n
About You n
n
Previous experience in client services, financial planning support or client coordination.
n
Working knowledge of Xplan and Microsoft Office.
n
DFP 1 - 4 or strong interest in financial planning, with relevant industry experience.
n
Strong client service, communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
n
Confident preparing clear, professional and client-friendly advice documents.
n
Solid problem-solving and technical aptitude, with the ability to question, assess and apply adviser instructions thoughtfully.
n
