Job Description
Social Futures Ltd in partnership with headspace is seeking a Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged ***** within a team-oriented clinical team.
n
You will provide intake, triage, referrals, and risk support while helping build partnerships with community organisations to improve access to headspace services and resilience among youth in NSW.
