Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our rapid-paced clinic, located at Sydenham or Altona Clinic in a full-timecapacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required.

Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
n
Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
n
Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
n
Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
n
Enter and update patient registration details
n
Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
n
n
This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.
You Will Have n
n
Strong customer service and patient focus skills
n
Eagerness to learn
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
n
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
n




Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
n
Drivers license and a car
n
