Since opening its doors in ****, NOMAD has grown from a singular vision into one of edition's most celebrated restaurants, with venues in Sydney and Melbourne. We are thrilled to announce that the next chapter will unfold in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
NOMAD Brisbane will carry forward what has defined us from the beginning, generous hospitality, exceptional produce and dining experiences shaped by connection.
Inspired by journeys through Spain, Morocco and the Middle East, and grounded in a deep appreciation for Australia's extraordinary farmers, growers and producers, NOMAD has always drawn together influences from near and far. Its food is guided by a sense of place, celebrating local ingredients while embracing the flavours, techniques and traditions that have become synonymous with NOMAD.
While connected to its Sydney and Melbourne counterparts, NOMAD Brisbane will be distinctly its own. Shaped by its location and its community it will be a restaurant that feels both familiar and recent.
The Opportunity
As NOMAD prepares to open its doors in Brisbane, we are seeking Kitchen Team Members across all levels, including Head Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Chef de Partie and Junior Chef positions, & kitchen hands to join our opening team.
This is an opportunity to be part of a restaurant from the very beginning,
