The Role:

Great coffee and easy moments. Luma serves up barista‐made brews and elevated café favourites in a relaxed, modern setting – perfect for a quick stop or a slow catch‐up.

We're looking for energetic Café Team Members to join our vibrant Luma Café at Sunshine Coast Airport. If you thrive in a fast‐paced, people‐focused environment, and love serving up great coffee with a side of good vibes – this is your runway to something exciting!

Store operates from 5:00AM until 8:00PM
n
Mix of weekday and weekend availability highly desirable
n
Know how to make barista made coffee!
n

What You'll Do:
n
n
Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
n
Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and keep things running smoothly
n
Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
n
Keep the café sparkling and service standards sky‐high
n
Help travellers feel right at home – no matter how early or late the hour!
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n




Experience in a café role (bonus especially if worked with coffee!)
n
Valid RSA Certificate
n
Food Safety Certificate
n
Well‐groomed & professionally presented
n
A positive, "can‐do" attitude and love for customer interaction
n
Reliable car/transport to the airport
n
Availability to work a mixture of shifts early morning and late nights including weekends & holidays
n
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
n
