Rehabilitation Counsellor
to join the
North Strathfield
team is on offer.
The Role: n
n
Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work
n
Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
n
Vocational Assessments & Counselling
n
Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
n
Hybrid role approximately ***** Clinical & Workplace Rehabilitation
n
Perform counselling under this organisation's clinical arm (for RCs with SIRA eligibility)
n
Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
n
Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
n
Training & coaching of other team members, for Senior Consultants
n

The Ideal Candidate: n
n
ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor (Associate or Full Member)
n
1 year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable. Candidates with clinical/other relevant experience & motivated graduates warmly welcome to apply!
n
A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders
n
Comfortable working independently & in a team
n
Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others
n
Driver's licence & car
n
n
Given the remote nature of their work, this team is also open to considering Rehab Counsellors based anywhere in Newcastle, Central Coast or anywhere in NSW!
