Swift Transport is seeking owner-drivers to join our rapidly expanding network. We partner with professional owner-drivers looking to build a long-term business, offering immediate access to high-volume, secure work backed by multiple newly won, long-term commercial contracts. Highly competitive, transparent hourly rates are tiered dynamically to reward larger vehicles and specialized equipment.

Key responsibilities
n
Operate vehicles (Utes, Flat Tops/Trays, Tautliners, and all Crane Trucks) for transport and logistics work
n
Maintain strict safety adherence and qualified site presentation
n
Ensure punctual arrivals and clear communication
n
Comply with load restraint requirements and proper securing of cargo using heavy securing gear
n
Maintain roadworthy, well-maintained vehicles
n
About you
n
Active ABN/ACN and appropriate commercial vehicle & personal insurances
n




Valid Australian Driver's License relevant to your vehicle class
n
General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
Load Restraint Certification (highly regarded)
n
Valid Crane/Hiab license with practical operational experience (highly regarded)
n
Strong familiarity with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (COR) compliance (highly regarded)
n
Proficiency with heavy securing gear (straps, chains, dogs, and edge protection) on industrial sites (highly regarded)
n
Vehicle specifications: Utes (minimum tray dimensions 2.40m L x 1.80m W), Flat Tops/Trays (minimum width 2.40m), or Crane Trucks (Hiab) front or rear mount, Standard Rigids and Tautliners with or without tailgates.
