Trade Assistant
to join our high-performing team at the
QCoal Northern Hub Project
.

As a key member of the QCoal Northern Hub team, you'll play an important role in maintaining site infrastructure, workshops, grounds and facilities to ensure a safe, clean and effective working environment for all personnel.

As the Trade Assistant, you will:
n
n
Perform grounds maintenance including slashing, whipper snipping, weed control, pest management and bunding upkeep.
n
Maintain workshops, facilities and site infrastructure through cleaning, repairs, signage maintenance and general upkeep activities.
n
Carry out minor building maintenance and civil works, including concreting, road repairs, sump cleaning and water treatment plant inspections.
n
About you n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
A strong commitment to safety and positive workplace culture.
n
Previous experience in a Trade Assistant, maintenance or construction-related role.
n
Experience working within an open cut mining workplace (highly desirable).
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
Standard 11 certification.
n
