About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio with the support of strong systems, clear procedures, and an experienced team behind you. Our focus is on proactive communication, efficiency, and long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
n
Managing arrears in line with company procedures
n
Coordinating leases, renewals, and rent reviews
n




Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
n
n
About You
n
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in residential property management
n
Current SA registration (or ability to obtain)
n
Robust communication and time management skills
n
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
n
Professional, organised, and solutions-focused
n
Experience with property management software preferred
n
