WhatYou'llDo
Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow medically referred patients
Build andmaintainstrongreferring partnerrelationships
Convert prospective partners into active referrers to KieserSydneyclinics
Represent and promote the Kieser brand through meetings, events, educationsessionsand networking
Spenda large portionof timein the field engaging with partners and stakeholders
Facilitate referrals and collaborate closely with referrers,cliniciansandinternalteams
Identifyand implement innovative partnership opportunities such assatelliteclinics,hubsand caseconferencing
Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways, for example,Health Funded Programs, ANC,



HCP and Life
Manage and resolve partnership challenges whilemaintainingstrong, trusted relationships
Contribute to clinic and regional performance through collaboration with medical andregional leaders

Must-haves
Valid working rights in Australia
Valid driving license
Demonstrated work experience in comparable role (e.g. Healthcare Sales, Healthcare BD, Referral Relationship Manager)
Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medical professionalsExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly motivated,proactiveand results-driven mindset
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Nice-to-haves:
Bachelor Degree - Physiotherapy, Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology
