Hours: 38 hours per week

Rate: $39-$49 per hour + super
n We are looking for an experienced
Infringements Review Officer
to join a local council in Melbourne's northern suburbs on a temporary contract through to 14 December ****.
n
This is a great chance for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who has experience working in an
enforcement environment
.
About the role: n
n
Provide customer service and administrative support across the Appeals Department.
n
Process Driver Nominations for Parking infringements
n
Review Family Violence and Enforcement Review cases
n
Manage and respond to requests and complaints within established timeframes.
n




Prepare routine written correspondence and maintain accurate records.
n
Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, Council policies and procedures.
n
Key Criteria: n
n
Previous experience in an administrative role within a
compliance, enforcement or government environment
.
n
An understanding of the types of enforcement activities undertaken within a compliance team within local council.
n
Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Local government experience is highly regarded
n
