Key Responsibilities
Provide
high-quality education and care
in a play-based learning environment.
Build and maintain
positive, supportive relationships
with children, families, and colleagues.
Promote and protect the safety, rights, and wellbeing of every child
, reporting any concerns in accordance with child protection regulations.
Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team.
Contribute to programming,



documentation, and daily reflections.
Support children's individual needs in a calm, responsive, and respectful manner.
About You (The Applicant)
Must Have:
A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their learning, safety, and wellbeing.
A strong understanding of
child protection principles
and a willingness to uphold a
child-safe culture
.
A positive work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
A valid
Working with Children Check
.
An
ACECQA-recognised qualification
in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards one).
Would Be Nice to Have:
Previous experience in the Early Childhood Education sector.
Experience in programming, observations, and maintaining daily journals.
