We curate an exclusive collection of furniture and lighting sourced directly from Italy, selling to discerning retail and trade clients through our showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne. Every piece in our collection is chosen deliberately — this isn't a volume business, it's a considered one, built around helping clients find the right piece for their space, whatever the brief.

What the role is
n
This is a high-value, client-facing sales role for someone who knows how to read a room, build trust quickly, and close with confidence — without ever feeling like they're "selling." You'll be trusted to manage the full client journey and the relationships that drive it.

Convert showroom, online and phone enquiries into sales, managing considered purchases and negotiating with clients who expect a premium experience to match the investment
n
Build and maintain relationships with architects and designers as an ongoing source of trade business — this is relationship-led selling, not transactional
n
Guide clients through our collection and the design process with genuine product knowledge, helping them arrive at the right solution rather than just the next sale
n
Run in-house consultations as part of our design service,

Manage the full order lifecycle in our online portal, from first enquiry through to final delivery
n
Help maintain showroom standards — operationally and visually — to the level our product and clientele expect

Work to individual and showroom targets

Represent and reinforce our culture in everything you do

What we'd like you to have
n
Proven sales experience in luxury, premium or considered-purchase retail or similar high-value categories
n
Strong negotiation skills — comfortable managing price conversations on significant transactions while protecting margin and the client relationship
n
A polished, confident manner with clients, and the emotional intelligence to read what they actually need
n
A team-first mindset — we win together

Availability to work weekends, our busiest and most key trading period
n
Excellent verbal and written communication
n
Strong computer literacy, including comfort with order/portal systems
n
