What We're Looking For: n
You are a technically strong, commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with:
n

At least 5 years PAE in private practice (Associate or Senior Associate level)
n
A strong background in corporate and commercial law
n
In-depth knowledge of Australian corporate law and regulatory frameworks
n
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
n
A commercial mindset with a focus on relationship building and client service
n




The ability to provide strategic legal advice in quick-evolving industries
n
The Work You'll Do: n
This role offers variety and challenge, with a strong focus on:

Mergers & acquisitions
n
Commercial contracts and corporate governance
n
Legal work in digital assets, fintech, and other emerging sectors
n
Drafting shareholder and share sale agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and delivering strategic counsel under the Corporations Act

You'll work alongside industry-respected Partners and senior lawyers, contributing to high-value matters while continuing to sharpen your expertise.
