Direct Personnel are looking for multiple reliable Precast Labourers to join a precast concrete operation in Redhead, NSW.
This is a hands-on production role. You'll support the team through each stage of the precast process, from preparing moulds through to finishing and moving completed products around the yard. It's physical work, done during the day, and your weekends stay free.
If you've worked in precast, concrete or rendering before, or you're a hard worker who wants to learn a trade-based skill, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing, cleaning and oiling moulds and formwork ahead of each pour
Helping with concrete pours, vibrating and levelling
Finishing, patching and rendering precast panels and products
Stripping moulds once products have cured
Helping to move and stack finished products safely
Keeping the yard and work areas clean,



organised and safe
What We Need from You
Previous precast or concrete experience (advantageous but not essential)
Rendering or concrete finishing experience (highly regarded)
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling in outdoor conditions
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Own steel-capped boots
Ability to pass a pre-Employment medical and drug & alcohol test
Full Australian working rights
